How long does shipping take?
With COVID-19 and various restrictions on businesses across Canada, your rug could take anywhere from 5 business days to 21 business days to arrive. We offer free shipping on all products but charge handling on extra large carpets (anything over 12M squared in diameter. For example, a 3 meter by 4 meter rug). We do not ship to the US at the moment.
How can I return my item if it doesn't fit?
Your item can be returned or exchanged if it doesn't fit your decor. Fold the item back into the shape it was originally packaged in with original packaging, and email us at email@example.com for a shipping label to send your package back. You will be charged the shipping costs for the returned item.
Where are your products made?
Traditional designs are made in the city of Kashan, modern designs are made in Turkey, and our shag products are made in Belgium.
What kind of payments do you guys accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, apple and google pay. For advanced orders or larger orders, we also accept interac e-transfer through invoice.
How can I clean my carpet?
For Traditional Iranian pieces and Modern Turkish rugs: Upon receiving your rug, make sure to vacuum over it at least 3 times before setting it in. Blot stains with water and soap. These rugs can also be pressure washed and soaked outdoors. For everyday cleaning, vacuum regularly.
For Shag rugs: Vacuum regularly. For major spills and stains, have it professionally cleaned.
My rug I bought was rolled and the corners aren't flat. What can I do?
Due to the nature our products are shipped in, they might be curved on the corners as you unroll them. Roll the carpet in the opposite direction and let it sit like that for 15 minutes and when you lay it out it will be flat! Sometimes if you just let it sit for a bit, the carpet will flatten out on its own as well.
